Twin Birth offer antenatal courses throughout the UK for couples pregnant with twins, triplets or more with Twins Trust, the UK’s leading multiple birth charity. Extra babies deserve extra care and by specialising in twin birth we make sure that our courses provide you with all the information you need to get ready for twins or triplets. Over 4000 couples from twins to quads (no quins yet!) have attended our courses and in 2019 99% strongly recommended their course.

Our courses are the only antenatal courses for twins and triplets run with TWINS TRUST (previously known as Tamba) and accredited by the Federation of Antenatal Teachers.

We run two types of antenatal courses – one day multiple birth antenatal courses for first and second time parents expecting twins throughout the UK and a shorter workshop in London for second time parents expecting twins or triplets.
